  • How does the site work?

MySolitaireConcepts marketplace has twenty-two live niche sites, operating under its umbrella which allows consumers to shop across its network of sites in a powerful yet very easy manner. All the sites will be operated and managed from the Central Dashboard at MySolitaireConcepts.  Vendors can upload, manage and remove their products, orders and promotions from this Central Dashboard.

In addition we have a team of marketing experts who have been working to drive traffic, optimizing the sites for the search engines and establishing relationships with partners to drive maximum number of consumers to the marketplace.

We have a very simple subscription fee and commission structure.

  • What type of items do I upload on the site?

You can upload all finished diamond jewelry, finished gemstone jewelry, ring settings, loose diamonds, loose gemstones, loose diamonds, watches, gifts and accessories on marketplace sites.

  • Can you help me choose and put products on the site?

Yes!! We have our expert team that can help to select and upload products on the site. We will also provide you with online training to upload products to the marketplace. If you wish our teams can also help you take product photographs, clean the images, correctly size the images, and upload the images and products on the marketplace.   

  • What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day no questions asked money back policy to our consumers. All the return charges will be paid by the vendor. The money will be refunded to the consumer by MySolitaireConcepts and adjusted in vendor account balance.

  • How can we set up a seller account?

Registration is required to start selling with us. All you need to do is to fill the online Registration Form . If you would like to expedite the process you may fill the form online by following the instructions below:

  • Click on Signup
  • Fill the online signup form and click Register
  • You will receive the mail confirming your registration and information about your login
  • When do I get paid?

You will receive your funds after deduction of our commission 30 days after receipt of product by consumer.

  • How will I see my orders, returns, payments etc?

You can view all your orders, returns, payments etc all at the Central Dashboard. Simply log-into the vendor panel to check the orders, vendor and other details.

  • How can we upload our Products?

You can upload all your products from our Central Dashboard. The dashboard is one centralized place to upload all products on all the sites in an excel format. You can also download a sample format from the Central Dashboard for reference.

  • How can we manage the orders?

You manage all the orders from our Central Dashboard. All the orders from different sites will be listed at one place –the Central Dashboard. You will be able to filter the orders as per your requirement . You can easily login to this dashboard from your seller’s account.

  • How can we reach the Central Dashboard?

Log into http://vendors.mysolitaireconcepts.com/ and enter your username and password to log into the Central Dashboard.

  • How can we view our listed products?

You can check all your listed products on the Central Dashboard within 2-4 hours after you publish it. To view listing of your product go to inventory section and click on the “view listing”.

 

  • How will we know about the sale of our products?

The moment the buyer purchases the product from your inventory, you will receive an email indicating that you have received an order.. You will also be able see all the orders in your seller account’s order section and manage the orders from there.

  • How do we ship the products?

You can choose to ship the product by any method you wish. We do require the vendors to strictly follow the shipping method such as Standard Shipping (3-5 Days), Second Day (2 Day), and Overnight (1 Day) and have tracking number available to provide the customers.

  • How can we track our sales?

To track all the sales, go to the reports section of your account and you would view all the reports of your sales.

  • How will the commission be paid?

Our commission would be deducted from the sale amount and will be displayed in your vendor panel.

  • Whom can I contact for any difficulties?

For all the assistance and questions, there is a contact us section available to you in your seller’s account. Our customer care team would provide you with the assistance.
