The seller would receive the funds into the bank account stated in registration form through Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment system. The seller would receive the payment at the end of the settlement period i.e. ___ Days.

Apart from the monthly subscription fee of $ ___, Mysolitaireconcepts.com will charge the after sale commission fee on each item sold. The commission fee would be based on following percentage structure.

The refund policy of Mysolitaireconcepts.com
We have ‘No refund’ policy for any cancellations. It means, we don’t return the commission fee charged on the item under any circumstances. The seller may choose the most suitable business policy but as an online marketplace, Mysolitarieconcepts.com doesn’t refund the commission fee charged on the sale. The seller would understand the details of the payment in detail in the settlement report.
The settlement report
It’s a report showing all the debits and credits into the seller’s account during that period of Settlement. It’s the balance sheet the seller needs to retain all the financial and sales details.
Download of the settlement report:-
Download the Settlement report and save it on the computer. Then later, the seller can analyze, restructure or edit the report as per the requirements. The settlement report is available for the sellers to download in the tabular format from the seller account. Follow the steps.

• Go to the ‘Reports’ section.
• Go to the ‘Settlement Report’ sub-section.
• Click on the ‘Download Settlement Report’ button.
• A status box asks for the confirmation of your selection. Consent to it and the procedure of downloading is initiated.
• The ‘Settlement Report’ is visible in the tabular format.

Challenges in Settlement reports:
There can be certain challenges in case of the settlement report are as follows:
No customized settlement report:
No. Mysolitaireconcepts.com doesn’t provide with the settlement report customized for certain period of time. If the seller doesn’t have previous credit reports, the request can be made to arrange for it.
No settlement reports:
There are only five reasons for any of the sellers don’t have the settlement reports. They are –

• The first period of the settlement is not yet over. The payment would be sent over on the settlement date.
• The seller has not made enough money to have any positive balance in account after the deduction of the monthly charges.
• The banking details provided by the seller are invalid.
• If settlement reports are unavailable, then the settlement report seller is trying to locate is older than ‘X’ days.
• The payment department won’t create a settlement report when there is negative balance on the seller account. It would debit the credit card of any amount due at the end of settlement period.
