  2. Pre-completion cancellation of orders ratio: It’s a total number of orders that got cancelled before the completion of the selling process at any point of time. We expect the seller to keep the ratio lower than 2.5%.
  3. Late shipments of orders ratio: It’s the total number of orders that were shipped 3 or more days late than the duration of interest. We expect the seller to keep the ratio lower than 5%.

Ratings of ‘Customer Metrics Reports’:-
The seller’s rating on these standards would be taken into account very seriously by Mysolitaireconcepts.com. The seller would be regularly informed about the rating in 3 following criteria –

  1. Good – It means that the seller’s rating meets seller business standards of Mysolitaireconcepts.com.
  2. Fair- It means that the seller’s rating is a little lower than seller business standards of Mysolitaireconcepts.com. An immediate action would be required to improve the scenario.
  3. Poor - It means that the seller’s rating is inferior to seller business standards of Mysolitaireconcepts.com. The continuity of the same rating may result in blocking or suspension of the seller account.
