How do I delete an item?
To delete the existing items from the inventory, the seller must follow the steps.

Go to ‘Inventory’ section.
Click on ‘Manage Inventory’ sub-section.
In ‘Manage’ sub-section, there are 3 buttons. To change the existing items, click on ‘Delete Items’ Button.
This leads to the list of all the items in the inventory. Click on the selection boxes at the left end of all the items to be removed.
After all the selections are done, click on ‘Delete’ button at the end of the page.

What happens if I remove an item from inventory and re-enter it?
There are no complications in deleting the item and re-entering it. However to remove temporarily from the list, you can use the deactivation process.
How do I temporarily remove my items from online marketplace?
There are two processes to remove item from online marketplace. They are as follows:

Deactivation of the item. Click here.
Select future date for the ‘Launch date’ in your inventory.

How do I present my items as out-of-stock?
To present the items as out-of-stock, follow the steps:

Go to ‘Inventory’ section.
Click on ‘Manage Inventory’ sub-section.
In ‘Manage’ sub-section, there are 3 buttons. To change the existing items, click on ‘Edit Items’ Button.
This leads to the list of all the items in the inventory. Click on of the quantity box and put zero in it.
Click on ‘Update’ button at the end of the page.

How do I update prices for the items from existing inventory?
To update the prices of existing items, follow the steps:

Go to ‘Inventory’ section.
Click on ‘Manage Inventory’ sub-section.
In ‘Manage Inventory’ sub-section, there are 3 buttons. To change the existing items, click on ‘Edit Items’ Button.
This leads to the list of all the items in the inventory. Click on the price box of the item and put new price in it.

How should I change my quantity without uploading entire the inventory again?

What if I don't want to publish my inventory online now?
In case the seller doesn’t want the inventory online, the ‘consent to publish’ process should not be started. It would keep your inventory in your seller account. Yet, it won’t be visible online.
I've tried to use the back button to edit, but now it matches to the product I'm trying to correct. What should I do?
To edit the inventory, follow the steps:

Go to ‘Inventory’ section.
Click on ‘Manage Inventory’ sub-section.

How can I present my item as a back-order item?
The seller is allowed to mention the item as a back-order item, if the item is currently unavailable and would be available at later date. As the seller mentions an Item a back-order item, it’s compulsory to mention the later date when it would be available.
In this manner, customers can order it. Customers can see the item as available only after the stocking date mentioned by the seller.
What is the process of getting items on listing page?
Pricing, quantity, sale history and quality selection affects the display of items on the listing page. The criteria can be evaluated as follows:

There are multiple ways to find out the item on the lists. They are as follows:

Visit the selected websites and give the category search for the item. For eg: If you want to find the Peridot Ring on Mysolitarire.com, the category search should be ‘Gemstone Ring’.
Another way to find out the item on the selected websites is to put the search of the ‘Title of Jewelry’ in search box of the website.
Go to the inventory in the seller’s account and note down the stock number. Put the stock number in the search box and click on go. The seller would directly reach the ‘Jewelry Details’ page.

These are effective ways to reach the item online.
Why are my items appearing as out-of-stock items?
The only reasons why the items are appearing as out-of-stock items are as follows:

The quantity of items available is equal to the number of items ordered.
The seller didn’t mention the quantity of items available with the seller.
There are errors in the inventory uploaded on the online marketplace.
The items are just uploaded, in last 24 hours. They would be visible after 24 hours are over.

Why does not my ‘Jewelry Details’ page have different color options?
Different color options would not be visible on the ‘Jewelry Details’ page. They would be shown as different items only.
Why the item isn’t visible, where I expect it to be visible?
The item is present in online marketplace at different places depending on the description provided by the seller. The description has to be consistent with buyer’s keywords.
