To manage the orders, Mysolitaireconcepts.com provides multiple tools. The optimal use of these tools would ease out the process of selling for the seller. The tools of order management are-

  • ‘Manage Orders’ subsection of the seller account
  • ‘Order Reports’
  • ‘Notifications’ for order confirmation

Though the ‘Notifications’ for order confirmation can be a really effective and trustworthy tool for the order management, the competent seller would visit the ‘Manage Order’ subsection of his seller account daily to check the number of orders received. We believe that the order reports over a regular period of time would help the seller a lot to understand his status, movement of the items, challenges in order management.
Tools for managing orders:-
Let’s see all the tools of order management turn by turn.

  • ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section of the seller account

This is the most important tool. It provides the seller with all the details needed. It works to fulfill all the details of the managing the orders. One look can show 25 orders at one time. One click on the orders would show all the buyer and order details needed. It’s made fast, cost-effective for the sellers. This tool is used for the following tasks:

  • View ‘Order Table’
  • Basic and Advanced search of the orders
  • View ‘Order Details’ page

Tasks of ‘Manage Orders’ subsection:-

  • View ‘Orders Table’

The ‘Orders Table’ is the entire list of orders the seller has received. Generally it is arranged by the ‘latest date’. Thus, the seller views the latest orders first automatically. The number of default orders per page is 25. The seller can change these views from the ‘Order Settings’ button at the end of the page. To view the ‘Orders Table’ in the seller account, follow the steps.

  • Go to ‘Orders’ section.
  • Click on ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section.
  • In ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section, the default view is of the ‘Orders table’.
  • Options of Basic and Advanced searches:

. The basic search options are –

  • Last certain number of days
  • ‘From’ and ‘To’ date range of orders

The advanced search options available for the seller are –

  • Order ID
  • Order status
  • Purchase Date
  • Item Details
  • Buyer’s name

Advantages of Basic and Advanced searches:-
The basic and advanced search options give fast way to reach the exact order the seller wants to reach. The seller can use this tool for -

  • Shipment Confirmation
  • Query of the buyer
  • Status check of the order
  • Name or contact details of the buyer
  • The destination of delivery

These are the very things that get the seller’s tasks done faster and accurately. To achieve this effectiveness, the seller can use following basic and advanced search options. The basic search option provides the search on the basis of number of days from 3 days (default setting) to 7, 30 90, 180 and 365 days. The process of basic search of orders is available in the drop-down menu on the ‘Orders Table’ page.
 Basic and Advanced searches steps:-
For the ‘Basic Search’ of the orders in the seller account, follow the steps:

  • Go to ‘Orders’ section.
  • Click on ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section.
  • In ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section, there is a drop-down menu of number of days and ‘From’ - ‘To’ dates just above the ‘Orders Table’. There is the ‘Search’ button just on the right hand side of drop-down menus to give the basic search of the orders.
  • Select the accurate option from the drop-down menu and click on the ‘Search’ button.
  • The ‘Orders Table’ as the search would be displayed.

For the ‘Advanced Search’ of the orders in the seller account, follow the steps:

  • Go to ‘Orders’ section.
  • Click on ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section.
  • In ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section, there is a link for ‘Advanced Search’ of the orders on the right-hand side of the ‘Search’ button.
  • As the ‘Advanced Search’ page is displayed.
  • Select the accurate option from the options and click on the ‘Search’ button at the bottom of the page.
  • The ‘Orders Table’ as the search would be displayed.

View ‘Order Details’ page
The view of ‘Order Details’ page would provide the seller with the information about  Order ID, Name, contact details and the address of the buyer, Purchase date, Expected ship date, Shipping service, Item description, Quantity, Price, Status of the order and Feedback from the Customer. For the view of the ‘Order Details’ page of the sellers account, follow the steps.

  • Go to ‘Orders’ section.
  • Click on ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section.
  • In ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section, the ‘Orders table’ is opened.
  • After the particular order has been located, click on the link of the ‘Order ID’.
  • This opens the ‘Order Details’ page.
  • The ‘Order Reports’

 

The order report is a fundamental tool that can show the details the seller needs to understand, work on and improve. The ‘Order Reports’ is a downloadable ‘Order Table’.  Once the seller provides the number of days, the seller can download the report and use it for-

  • Monthly or weekly or daily records of the sale deals
  • Understand the sales trends
  •  Turnover
  • Items that need stocking
  • Challenges in the orders

To download the ‘Order Reports’; follow the steps:

  • Go to ‘Orders’ section.
  • Click on ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section.
  • In ‘Manage Orders’ sub-section, the ‘Orders table’ is opened. At the bottom of the page, there is a link for the ‘Order Report’; click on it.
  • As ‘Order Report’ page opens, select the criterion from the drop-down menus. The criteria for ‘Order Report’ can be number of days and status of orders. Select one of them.
  • Click on the ‘Ask for the order report’ button.
  • A status box asks for the confirmation of your selection. Consent to it and the procedure of downloading is initiated.

Note:
These ‘Order Reports’ are in Excel sheets, it would be helpful to use compatible operating system.

  • ‘Notifications’ for order confirmation

 

There is the ‘Account Settings’ that would qualify the seller to receive the ‘Notifications’ for every order placed by the buyer. This would fasten the seller’s work of shipping the item and giving the confirmation for that. To select Notifications for order confirmation, follow the steps.

    • Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
    • Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
    • Click on ‘Business Settings’ link.
    • In ‘Business settings’, click on Notifications link.
    • On ‘Notifications’ page, tick the ‘Notifications’ for order confirmation.
    • This would ensure the reception of all the Emails about all the orders the seller receives.
