Change the seller’s account:-
You have registered your seller account and set up your shop on our online marketplace. To ensure fast and simple changes, refer to this page and steps mentioned.
Change Account Settings
‘Account Settings’ records of all the settings of online seller; which are ‘Profile Page’, ‘Business Settings’ and ‘Seller Settings’. To change Account Settings, refer to the steps mentioned below.
Change Login Settings
To change the login details of your seller’s account, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Profile Page’ link.
- Click on ‘Login Settings’ link.
- In ‘Login Settings’ page, there is the option of updating 2 details of the login process – Email address and Password.
- Click on anyone of these 2 information boxes and put the new information in the box.
- Click on the ‘Update’ button to confirm the new information.
Change Profile Page
Profile Page is the seller’s ‘About Us’ page visible to all the buyers. It shows 3 most important part of seller’s background, which are - Logo, Seller’s Information and Business Policy. To change Profile page, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of the seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Profile Page’ link.
- In ‘Profile Page’, the Logo, Seller’s Information and Business Policy can be changed.
- Click on the ‘Browse’ button besides the logo and select the new image.
- Click on any of the information boxes and put the new information in the box.
- Click on the ‘Update’ button to confirm the change.
Change Business Settings
Business Settings is the action part of your online business. It records the information about most important operations of the seller’s business, which are - Business firm details, Contact details, Payment details, Shipment details and Notifications. For making changes in the Business Settings, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Business Settings’ link.
- In ‘Business settings’, you can update Business firm details, Contact details, Payment details, Shipment details and Notifications.
- Click on any information boxes and put new information in the box.
- Click on the ‘Update’ button to confirm the changes.
Change the selling plan:-
During the registration process, the seller chooses either Pro-merchant Seller or Individual Seller system. The attributes of the both the systems are here for your reference. Pro-merchant Seller selling plan is efficient for the medium and large business firms and companies. Mysolitaireconcepts.com provides the options of changing status of the seller. To upgrade the status from Individual Seller to Pro-merchant Seller, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Seller Settings’ link.
- In ‘Seller Settings’, click on the ‘Seller Systems’ button.
- View the terms and attributes. Confirm the upgrading process.
- On the ‘Selling Plan’ page, click on ‘Upgrade the Selling plan’ button.
- Then automatically, the amount of setting ‘Pro-merchant Seller’ account i.e. $39.00 would be deducted from your ACH account. The monthly deduction of subscription fee would be automated from the beginning of the next month.
- Click on ‘Complete the upgrade’ button and your Pro-merchant Seller’s Account would open.
Check: Confirm upgrading process of account and attributes. Visit your account and use the upgraded attributes of the selling plan.
- Downgrade the subscription
To downgrade the status from Pro-merchant Seller to Individual Seller, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Seller Settings’ link.
- In ‘Seller Settings’, click on the ‘Selling plans’ button.
- View the terms and attributes, confirm the downgrading process.
- On the ‘Selling Plan’ page, click on the ‘Downgrade the selling plan’ button.
Change the User Details:-
Only the registered seller can enter the seller’s account. With the growing business, sellers can choose the associates to get the work done at their convenience. Follow the steps to add, change or delete the users allowed to enter your seller account.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Seller Settings’ link.
- In ‘Seller Settings’, go into ‘User Settings’.
- To add or delete the users, use the respective buttons.
- To change user details, click on the information box and put new information.
- Then click on ‘Update’ to confirm the change in user details.
Change Status of seller and inventory:-
In general, there are certain occasions, when the seller might need to change the status of the seller or the items on inventory. The status of the seller and all the items on inventory is ‘Active’, by default. The seller can use two options of ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Activate’ as per the convenience. For any temporary reasons like travel, medical hazards etc, the seller can ‘Deactivate’ the seller account. However, the monthly fees would continue to be charged at the due time for the deactivated account as well. If seller chooses to deactivate the account for whatever reasons, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Settings’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Account Settings’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Seller Settings’ link.
- In ‘Seller Settings’, go into ‘User Settings’.
- Click on the ‘Status of Seller’ link.
- To change the ‘Status of Seller’ details, click on ‘Deactivate’. The ‘Status of Seller’ would be deactivated for the buyers.
If seller chooses to deactivate or activate some items from inventory for whatever reasons, follow the steps.
- Go to ‘Inventory’ section of your seller’s account.
- Click on ‘Manage Inventory’ subsection.
- Click on ‘Status of Inventory’ button.
- To change the ‘Status of Inventory’ details, select the items from Inventory list mentioned below. Then click on ‘Deactivate’ to the deactivation of the chosen items from the Inventory.
Close the seller’s account:- |
